1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you sign up, we collect your email address, password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text), and business name.

Customer Data You Provide

Information you enter into the Service to manage your business — such as job details, customer contact information, supplier information, quotes, inventory records, purchase orders, and uploaded files. This data belongs to you; we access it only to provide the Service or as otherwise described in this policy.

Billing Information

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect or store your full credit card number or other sensitive payment details — these are handled directly by Stripe in accordance with its own privacy policy. We retain limited billing-related information such as your subscription plan, status, and billing dates.

Usage and Analytics Data

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and Service, including pages viewed, general location (city/region level), device and browser type, and referral source. We retain account information and Customer Data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription or your account is terminated, we may retain data for a reasonable period afterward in case you wish to reactivate, and as needed for legal, accounting, or legitimate business purposes, after which it may be deleted.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted password storage and secure connections (HTTPS). However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
