Billing Policy

1. Plans

Timbrflow offers the following subscription plans:

  • Monthly — billed every month on the date you subscribe;
  • Yearly — billed once per year on the anniversary of your subscription date;
  • Lifetime — a single one-time payment for permanent access to the Service, with no recurring charges.

Current pricing for each plan is shown on the billing page within the app. We may change our pricing from time to time; any changes will not affect the price of your current billing period but may apply to future renewals, with reasonable advance notice.

2. Free Trial

New accounts begin with a free trial period. No payment method is required to start a trial. If you do not subscribe to a paid plan before the trial ends, your access to the Service will be paused until you subscribe.

3. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full payment card details. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for monthly and yearly plans, or once for lifetime plans.

4. Automatic Renewal

Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged using the payment method on file at the then-current price for your plan.

5. Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails (for example, due to an expired card), we will attempt to retry the charge. Your subscription status will be marked "past due," and you will retain access to the Service for a short grace period while we attempt to collect payment. If payment is not successfully collected within the grace period, your subscription will be cancelled and access to the Service will be suspended until you resubscribe with a valid payment method.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing management page in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals — you retain access through the end of your current paid period. See our Refund Policy for details on what happens to payments already made.

7. Promotional Codes

Promotional or discount codes, where offered, are subject to their own terms (such as expiration dates or eligibility restrictions) and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

8. Taxes

Listed prices do not include applicable sales, use, or value-added taxes unless stated otherwise. Where required by law, applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout.
