Refund Policy

No Refunds
All payments made for Timbrflow subscriptions — including monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans — are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. This applies to:
- Subscription payments for any billing period, including partial periods;
- One-time lifetime access payments;
- Any amounts billed prior to a cancellation request.
Cancelling Your Subscription
While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing management page in your account. When you cancel:
- You will retain full access to the Service through the end of your current billing period;
- Your subscription will not renew or be billed again after that date;
- No partial or prorated refund will be issued for the unused portion of your current billing period.
Free Trial
New accounts receive a free trial period before any payment is required. We encourage you to use the trial period to evaluate whether Timbrflow meets your needs before subscribing, since subscription payments are non-refundable.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you believe your subscription was cancelled — please contact us at [email protected] and we will review the issue. Confirmed billing errors will be corrected.
